A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBaD ANPJOWCING FINDINGS AND
DECISION REGARDING CUHGE OF ZONE CLASSIFI-
CATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM ZONE R-1 TO ZONE C-2. I -?
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of May, 1962, the Carlsbad City Planning
Commission adopted Resolution No. 248, which is herewith referred to and
made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on June 6, 1962, a duly advertised public hearing was held

WHEREAS, the City Couzlcil received all recommendations and heard all
persons interested in or opposed to the proposed change of zo,ne classification.

as prescribed by law to consider the reclassification from Zone R-1 (One-

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES
HEREBY DECLARE, FIND A.ND RESOLVE:

BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AWD ORDERED that the City Attorney
is hereby instructed to prepare an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 9060
to effectuate the change of zone classification.
PASSED, APPROVED AHD ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 3rd day of July, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, Neiswender and Hughes.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman McPherson.
