RESOLUTION NO. 838
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOREIA,
DIBECTZNC THAT CERTAIN STREET WORK BE
DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION AND TO THE
SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEEIb OF WORK.
{Assessment District No. 2-1961)
WHEREAS, heretofore on this date, this City Cauncil of the City of
Carlsbad has adopted its Resolution No. 837, ordering certain sanitary sewer
work, said work being more particularly described in its Resolution No. 809
and shown on plas (which include profiles and detailed drawings) designated
Construction Plans of sanitary sewer system in Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Chinquapin
Avenue, Tamarack Avenue, Adams Street, Highland Drive, and easements in
public rights of way in Tract 237, Thum Lands, Map 1681", and to specification
for said work which are designated "Contract Documents and Construction
Specifications No. 2-1961", also on file in the office of said City Clerk; and

WHERJQlS, it is desirable that said work shall be done under the direction
and to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Work, and that the materials used
shall comply with said specificatiuns and be to -the satisfaction of said Engineer
of Work instead of the Superintendent of Streets of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that said work shall be
done under the direction of and to the satisfaction of said Engineer of Work and
that the materials used shall comply with said specifications and be to the
satisfaction of said Engineer of WQrk instead of the Superintendent of Streets of
the City of Carlsbad. 4
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 7th day of August, 1962, by the followi,ng vote, to wit:
