RESOLUTION NO. 849.
. A FWOLUTION OF THE^ crTy couNcrL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE
TENTATIVE MAP OF CHESTNUT MANOR
SUBDIVISION:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on t'ne
11th day of September, 1962, recommended to the City Council that the
tentative map of Chestnut Manor Subdivision be approved: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 18th
lay of September, 1962, considered the recommendation of the Planning
:ommission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
)f Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentative
lap of CHESTNUT MANOR SUBDIVISION, subject to the following require-
ients and conditions being performed by the Subdivider:
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision comes from
:he Carlsbad City Water Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision are connected
:o the Carlsbad Public Sewer System.
3. The sewer and water lines are not laid in the same trench
.n any part of this subdivision.
4. Proper drainage is maintained throughout the subdivision so
.s to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water.
5. One (1) standard six inch (6") fire hydrant shall be located
.t the property line between Lots 14 and 15.
6. Lots 1, 2, 3, 14, 15 and 16 shall be granted a 15 feet front.

11. Because of the irregular shape of the subdivision and
indeterminate future division of adjacent property, location of
utility poles shall be placed in the street,
12. All improvements shall comply with the standard plans and
specifications of the City of Carlsbad.
13. Street paving shall consist of two-inch (2") of asphaltic
(6") of decom- concrete with stone chip seal coat laid on six-inch
posed granite base, or equal, unless native material is approved for
base by the Engineering Department.
14. Type "G" concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all
