RESOLUTION NO. 885
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN APPLICATIOI
OFFERS, ACCEPTANCES, CHANGE ORDERS, AND ALL OTHER SIMILAR FORMS FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, RELATING TO FEDERAL
WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has on the 19th day
of March, 1963, passed and adopted resolution No. 882, entitled "A Resolution
of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, approving First Supplement to Basic
Agreement between the Vista Sanitation District and the City of Carlsbad, and
authorizing the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the City of Carlsbad"; and
WHEREAS, said first supplement requires that an application and
attachments be filed with appropriate Federal and State agencies.
NOW, THEREFORET, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager of the
City of Carlsbad be, and he hereby is designated and authorized to sign the
application, offers, acceptances, change orders , and all other similar forms
for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad, relating to Federal Water Pollution
Control Act funds.
PASSED* APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of March, 1963, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, McPherson and Neiswender.
NOES None
ABSENT: Councilman Hughes.
