RESOLUTION NO. 887,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
FINDINGS AND DECISION RELATING TO THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER
STREET PLAN,
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ANNOUNCING
WHEREAS, on March 12, 1963, the Carlsbad City Planning Commssion
adopted Resolution No. 287, which is herewith referred to and made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council has published notice that a hearing
vould be held on April 2, 1963, at 7:30 ofclock P. M., at which hearing the
xoposed amendment would be considered; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received all recommendations and heard
ill persons interested in or opposed to the proposed amendment,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does herek
ind, and adopt as the findings of the City Council the recommendations of the
'laming Commission as set forth in the above referenced resolution of the
'lanning Commission.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED by the City Council that the approval of the
roposed amendment is necessary to carry out the general purpose of the
laster Street Plan.
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
iat said City Council intends to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the proposed
mendment.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the City Attorney is instructed to prepare
id ordinance to effectuate the amendment to the Master Street Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
mncil held on the 2nd day of April, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, McPherson, Neiswender and Hughes
NOES: None
