HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-04-02; City Council; Resolution 8911 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 12 14 15 16 1: I€ 1Z 2( 21 2; .2 2 24 2: 2( 27 2E 2s 3c 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 891 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD OPPOSING ASSEMBLY BILLS 1349, 1'795, 96 and 2059, PROVIDING FOR REVISED SALARY AND STAFFING PROVISIONS FOR MUNICIPAL COURTS. WHEREAS, salary and staff provisions for municipal court emg jyees in San Diego County are presently fair, just and adequate; and WHEREAS, it would be unfair to other employees and the taxpaying public to increase said salaries or to increase the staffing for said municipal court positions when no need or justification therefor presently exists; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad go on record as opposing the passage of Assembly Bills 1349, 1795, 96 and 2059. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of April, 1963, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, McPherson, Neiswender and Hughr NOES: None ABSENT: None of the- City of Carlsbad, Carlsbad, California ATTEST: J.
