A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAs APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUNIENTS AND
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUC-
TION OF AN OUTFALL SEWER, METER
STATION AND PUMP STATION FOR THE VISTA SANITATION DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD JO.li'J I' SEWERAGE SYSTEM
UNIT 1 (W.0. 2785).
WHEREAS, the contract documents and plans and specifications for
construction of an outfall sewer, meter station and pump station for the Vista
Sanitation District and the City of Carlsbad joint sewerage system, Unit 1,
W.8. 2785, were by letter dated May 7, 1963, submitted to this Council by the
Department of Special District Services, County of San Diego, for approval; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of the joint powers agreement executed
between the Vista Sanitation District and the City of Carlsbad, it is necessary
that the City of Carlsbad go on record as approving said contract documents and
plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad go on record as
approving the contract documents and plans and specifications for
construction of an outfall sewer, meter station and pump station
for the Vista Sanitation District and the City of Carlsbad joint
sewerage system, Unit I, (W.O. 2785), as submitted by the
Department of Special District Services of the County of San Diego
by their letter of May 7, 1963.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 7th day of May, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara and Neiswender.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hughes.
