WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 23rd day of April, 1963, disapproved the tentative map of Ocean View Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 7th day of May, 1963, considered the findings of the Planning Commission, and the recommendations of the various departments of the City; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentative map of OCEAN VIEW SUBDIVISION, subject to the following requirements and conditions being performed by the Subdivider: 1. All domestive water supplied to this subdivig on shall be supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part of this subdivision. 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. 5. One (I) Standard six inch (6") hydrant shall be located at the Southeaz corner of Donna and Ocea View Drives. shall be located at the lot lines of Lots 4 and 5 on Ocea*ew Drive. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinance prior to issuance of building permits on any of the lots. 10. An easement loL in width for water main and appurtenances shall be provided along the easterly line of proposed Lot 11 to connect with the existing water system in Seacrest Estates, Unit No. 2. 11. A IO* wide public facility and pedestrian way shall be dedicated along the northerly line of proposed Lot 6 to accommodate future pedestrians as well as water, sewer and drainage facilities. 12. In order to provide access to the proposed subdivision, subdivider shall acquire fee title to the proposed extension of Donna Drive and the propose extension of Ocean View Drive connecting with the proposed extension of Donna Drive, off-site of the proposed subdivision, as shown on the tentative map, at his sole cost, shall improve said rights of way according to standards and specifications approved by the City, and shall dedicate said improved right: of way to the City, without cost. 13. provided. 14. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to place a copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail, addressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on the tentative map. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of May, 1963, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara and Neiswender.
