RESOLUTION EcFPROVING REPORT AND FIXIiXC TIME AND PLACE OF
HEAR1 NG THEREON ,
A, D, 1-1962 Chinquapin Avenue Street Improvement District
\?THEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did by
Resolutinn No, 914 , adopted on the 4th day of June ,
1963, pursuant to the "Special Asslsssment Investigation, Li.mitatio
and Najority Protest Act of 1931" (Sections 2800 through 3012
of the California Streets and Highways Code), order the City
Engineer to prepare a report pursuant to Sections 2824 and 2825
of said Code; and
WHEREAS, said Engineer has completed and filed said report
with said City Council, all in the manner and form required by law
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY TEE City Council of the
City of Carlabad as follotr!~:
1, That said report be and the same is hereby approved,
2, Th.at th,e City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to
endorse on said report the fact and date of said approval by t,,e
City Council, and to file said report,
3, Pursuand to Section 2850 of said Code, the time and
place of hearing on said approve6 report is fixed as 7:30 P, %,,
On the 16th day of , July , 1963, at the City Council
Chambers rzt 2960 Pi0 Pico Dr., Carlshad, California,
4, That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to
give notice of said hearing pursuant to Sections 2851 et. seq,
of said Code.
