RESOLUTION NO, 920
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OUTFALL SEWER, SEWAGE PUMPING STA- TION AND FORCE MAIN,
WHEREAS, the City is construction an outfall sewer, sewage pumping
station and force main; and
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for construction of said facilities; and
WHEREAS, R, L, THIBODO CONST, CO,, INC. was the low bidder
on Schedule I, and WEARDCO CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION was the low
bidder on Schedule 11;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, that the bid of R, L, THIBODO CONST, CO,, INC,
€or construction according to Schedule I, including alternate 1 -A and alternate
1-C, in the amount of $527,437.44 be accepted; and the bid of WEARDCO
ZONSTRUCTION CORPORATION in regard to Schedule 11, including Item I,
Buena Vista Pumping Station, alternate I-A, Addition for Gas Engine and Item 2,
Buena Vista Meter Station in the amount of $177, 500.00 be accepted,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Zouncil held on the 18th day of June, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hughe:
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
of the City of Carlsbad, Carlsbad, California
