RESOLUTION NO. 923.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND DECISION REGARDING CHANGE
OF ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD FROM ZONE R-2 TO ZONE R-3.
WI-IEREAS, on the 11th day of June, 1963, the Carlsbad City Planning
Commission adopted Resolution No. 305, which is herewith referred to and made
a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on July 2, 1963, a duly advertised public hearing was held
as prescribed by law to consider the reclassification from Zone R-2 (Two-Famil
Residential zone) to Zone R- 3(Multiple-Family Residential Zone) of property
described as:
