A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ABANDONING "SOUTH CARLSBAD ANNEXA- TION 1. 3".
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That "South Carlsbad Annexation 1. 3" is hereby abandoned.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on August 6, 1963, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neis wender and Hughes.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
