HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-08-20; City Council; Resolution 9301 # s f P I 2 9 4 F E 'i E z IC 11 1: 1: 14 1E 1E 17 1E 1s 2c 21 22 .2 z 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 930 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ADOPTING TKE SALARY PLAN AND WORK CONDITIC JS FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FOR THE 1963-64 FISCAL YEAR, WHEREAS, the City Council did on June 18, 1963, hold discussions and give approval to the standard rates of pay, position titles, hours of work and holidays for all city employees; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does resolve as follows: 1. Double step increases or step increases in less than the normal time of service, may be permitted for exceptional work performance or unusual employment conditions. 2. Additional compensation for extra duties of the City Treasurer (fixed salary $35. 00 per month by ordinance) shall be as follows: POSITION EXTRA COMPJZNSATION HOURS HOLJDAYS OF WORK 40 I1 City Treasurer $541.00 per month In accordance with Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1040 the compensation of the City Manager is hereby set at $1,000.00 per month, 40 hours per week and 11 holidays. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1963, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hughes.
