WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 8th .ay of October, 1963, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map If KREMEYER CIRCLE SUBDIVISION be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 15th day of Ictober, 19 6 3, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City If Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentative map of CREMEYER CIRCLE SUBDIVISION, subject to the following requirements tnd conditions being performed by the Subdivider: 1, All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied by the ;arlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by the ;arlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part 0. his subdivision. 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so as tc mevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. 5. One (1) standard six inch (6) fire hydrant shall be located on the lot line )f Lots No. 3 and No. 4. 6. All improvements shall comply with the standard plans and specifica- tions of the City of Carlsbad. 10. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinance prior to issuance of building permits on any of the lots. 11. Type "G" concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all streets. Concrete cross gutters shall be six feet (6') wide and located as required for drainage. 12. Sidewalks shall be four feet (4') in width and located six inches (6") from the street right-of-way line. 13. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices shall be installed. 14. Six inch (6") diameter water main with standard fire hydrants and appurtenances as required by the City shall be installed, water services shall be constructed to serve each lot.
