RESOLUTION NO, 950
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FINDING AND DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY
PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN PRESENTED
WITH REGARD TO "EAST CARLSBAD ANNEXATION 2.4'*.
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 1963, at 7:30 P.M. in th
Council Chambers at 2960 Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Carlsbad, California, the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad did hold a public hearing on protests to "East
Carlsbad Annexation 2.4"; and
WHEREAS, a majority protest was not presented in accordance with
Section 35313 of the California Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby elects to
proceed with said proposed annexation;
NOW, TmREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad that a majority protest has not been made with regard to "East
Carlsbad Annexation 2.4".
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held November 5, 1963, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hughes
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
