1. IWEREAS the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires
to borrow the sum of $15,000 from the State of California acting
by and through the Division of Small Craft Harbors, Department of
Parks and Recreation for the purpose of preparing plans for a small
nraft harbor and/or launching facility in the Agua Hedionda Lagoon,
prsuant to the terms and provisions of a certain agreemellt form
submitted to the City by said Division of Small Craft Harbors to-
gether with their letter of October 15, 1963, addressed to City
danager :
2. NO?J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad that the mayor of the City of Carlsbad is here
iy zluthorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of
:arlsbad that certain planning loan agreement presented to the City
if Carlsbad by the Division of Small Craft Harbors together with
:heir letter of October 15, 1963,
