RESOLUTION NO. 956
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR CERTAIN STPEEET IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT MAP,
(Assessment District No. 2-1962)
WHEREAS, plans designated "Construction Plans for the improvement of
Harding Street, Grand Avenue, Elm Avenue, Oak Avenue, Pine Avenue,
Madison Avenue, Chestnut Avenue, Palm Avenue, Magnolia Avenue and in
Easement of Public Right of Way" consisting of eighteen sheets numbered
1 thru 18, Project No. 2-2, Drawing No. 134-3, A.D. 2-1962, and specifica-
tions designated "Specifications No. 2-1962", providing for certain street
improvements in the City of Carlsbad have been presented to this City Council
and proceedings for the improvement are to be taken under the Improvement
Act of 1911; and
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated "Plat of Assessment
District No. 2-1962", showing the boundaries of the territory benefited by
said proposed work and to be assessed therefor, has been presented to this
Council and examined; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said work has been filed with this City
Council by the Engineer for said work;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said plans and specifications are hereby approved and
ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 2. That said assessment district map is hereby approved axid
ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City

Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 19th day of November, 1963, by
the following vote, to wit:
