A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE: CITY OF CARLSBAD, CHANGING
PERSON TO PREPARE ALL PROCEEDINGS. (Assessment District No. 2-1962)
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 1963, the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 856, appointing Barbara Lang Betts as
attorney to prepare all resolutions, notices and other papers and proceedings
for any work and improvement that may be hereinafter authorized by the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad for the proposed improvement of Assessment
District No, 2-1962 in said City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of February, 1963, Barbara Lang Betts
terminated her services as City Attorney and as attorney for Assessment
District No. 2-1962.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, that STUART C, WILSON shall be, and he is hereby appointed
as attorney to prepare all resolutions, notices and other papers and proceeding
for any work and improvement that may be hereinafter authorized by the City
Council for the proposed improvement of Assessment District No. 2-1962 in
said City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of November, 1963, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hughes.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
