TATION DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FOR ACQUISITION AND
CONSTRUCTION OF THE JOINT SEWER SYSTEM" dated January 6, 6964.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Carlsbad said "SECOND SUPPLE -
MENT TO BASIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN VISTA SANITATION DISTRICT
AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FOR ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION
OF THE JOINT SEWER SYSTEMjr and all other documents necessary to
effect execution of said second supplement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of January, 1964, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hughe!

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE SECOND SUPPLE-
MENT TO BASIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN VISTA SANITATION DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FOR ACQUISI TION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE JOINT SEWER
SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the City of Carlsbad does hereby approve and accept the
"SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO BASIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN VISTA SANI-
