RESOLUTION NO. 972
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAFCLSBAD APPROVING PETITION.
(Proposed Assessment District No. 3-1964)
WHEREAS, on January 16, 1964, a petition was filed with the City Clerk
of the City of Carlsbad, wherein petitioners requested the construction and
installation of sanitary sewers in Buena Vista Way, Valley Street, Oak Avenue
and easements in Public Rights of Way to be provided for;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE: AND DECLARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said petition has been filed with the City Clerk as aforesaid.
2. That said petition does not bear sufficient signatures to waive
investigation proceedings required by Division 4 of the Streets and Highway
Code of the State of California.
3. That said petition is hereby approved, but that further work shall
not be done pursuant thereto until such time as the Health Officer of the City
of Carlsbad shall have certified that the installation of said sewer is necessary
as a health measure.
PASSED, APPROED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1964, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara and Neiswender.
NOES: None
