RESOLUTION NO, 976.
A RESOLUTION OF THE: CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAmSBAD DIRECTING
PREPARClTION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICA- TIONS AND DESIGNATING ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS.
(Proposed Assessment District No. 3-1964)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that
LOWELL A. WTHBUN, Engineer of Work, be and he is hereby directed to
prepare plans and specifications for said proposed work; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work shall
be taken in accordance with the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911"
under Resolution of Intention to be hereafter adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Lowell A. Rathbun be,
and he is hereby directed to prepare a map showing the boundaries and the
district to be assessed for the said proposed work and improvement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lowell A. Rathbun in hereby directec
11 to denominate said plans, Plan for sewage system in Buena Vista Way,
Valley Street, Oak Avenue and in easements in Public Rights of Way to be
provided for", and that said Engineer shall designate said specifications for
such proposed improvement "Specifications No. 3-1964".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Lowell A. Rathbun be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare an estimate of the cost for the construction of said
work and improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVXD, that said Lowell A. Rathbun be, and he
is hereby directed to prepare a wage scale to be paid to persons employed in
the construction of said work and improvements.
PASSED, APPRQVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the

City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1964,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara and Neiswender.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hughes
