A RESOLUTION OF THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING
OPINION AND FINDING OF HEALTH OFFICER, AND ORDERING OPINION OF HEALTH OFFICER
SPREAD UPON THE MINUTES,
(Proposed Assessment District No. 3-1964)
WHEREAS, J, B, AS-, M. De, Health Officer of the City of Carlsbad
ias certified to this Body that in his opinion the installation of sanitary sewers
.n Buena Vista Way, Valley Street, Oak Avenue and in easements in Public
3ights of Way to be provided for, is necessary as a health measure, and has
*ecommended to this Body that assessment proceedings be instituted for the
nstallation of sanitary sewers in said area, by a letter to this City Council datec
ranuary 13, 1964.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said letter of the Health
Ifficer of the City of Carlsbad is hereby approved and ordered spread upon the
ninutes of this Body in full.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Iounci1 of the City of Carlsbad held on the 21st day of January, 1964, by the
ollowing vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara and Neiswender.
NOES: None
ABSEXT: Councilman Hughes. - ILLUM G. GUEVARA. Mayor - " of the City of Carlsbad, Carlsbad, California
