RESOLUTION NO. 978
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHOR- IZING AND DIRECTING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
lirected to execute on behalf of the City of Carlsbad a quitclaim deed to
RALPH H. SHICK and MARJORlE A. SHICK, husband and wife, of the
'ollowing described property within the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
state of California:
That portion of Tract 115 as shown on maps 775 and 1661 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, California, des- cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Tract 115 which point is North 55O 27' East a distance of 941.96 feet from the
Northwesterly corner of said tract; thence North 55@ 27' East,
280. 99 feet; thence South 34" 33' 'East, 200. 10 feet; thence South 55@ 27' West, 280.99 feet; thence North 34O 33' West, 200.10
feet to point of beginning.
Said right-of-way being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land ten feet wide adjacent to the Southwesterly boundary
of the above described parcel of land throughout the entire length
of the said Southwesterly boundary line.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to attest the signature of the Mayor on the above described deed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1964, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara and Neiswender.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hughes
