RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE OFFICIAL STATE"T.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows:
Section 1. That the Official Statement to be
sent to prospective bidders for the sale of $1,000,000
bonds designated "1962 SEWER BONDS, SERIES B," having
been presented to this City Council, is hereby approved
in substantially the form presented.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day
of January 9 1964.
