BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad that
RESOLUTION NO. 1000
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REQUESTING OPIN- ION OF HEALTH OFFICER, AND DECLARING
THE NECESSITY OF INSTALLATION OF
SANITARY SEMERS.
