WILSON be, and he is hereby appointed as ttorney to prepare all resolutions, notices and other papers and pro eedings for any work and improvement that may be hereinafter author- zed by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for the proposed im- rovement of Assessment District No. 2-1964 in said City of Carlsbad: .nd BE IT FURTHER :eive as compensat RESOLVED that the said Stuart C. Wilson shall re- on for the doing and performance of said work the ;um of Two Per Cent (2%1 of the contract price, not including inciden :als; but in no event shall the amount of compensation, which thesaic ;tuart C. Wilson shall receive, be less than ONE-HUNDRED DOLLARS :$lOO.OO) : and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said compensation shall be paid as io 1 lows : (a) Three-fourths f3/4ths) at the time of signing the contract with the contractor who may be awarded said contract by this Body. @) The balance'thereof at the time of recording the Warrant, diagram and assessment: 2nd BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if said proceedings shall fail to earry through to conclusion, then the said Stuart C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all of the compensation for usual services, and exclusive of extraordinary services, being so allowed :o Stuart C, ;enera1 Fund of the City of Carlsbad. Wilson, as provided by law, shall be payable to the PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City oi !arlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1964, I: .he following vote, to wit: AYES: Cmn, McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hughes.
