A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN 9(
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPKOVING
PETITION.
(Proposed Assessment District 2-1964)
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1964, a petition was filed with the City
lerk of the City of Carlsbad, wherein petitioners requested the
onstruction and installation of sanitary sewers in Terramar Seyer
listrict to be provided for:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES
EREBY RESOLVE AND DECLARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said petition has been filed with the City Clerk as
lforesaid.
2. That said petition does not bear sufficient signatures to
raive investigation proceedings required by Division 4 of the Streets
md Highway Code of the State of California.
3. That said petition is hereby approved, but that further work
shall not be done pursuant thereto until such time as the Health
lfficer of the City of Carlsbad shall have certified that the install
ltion of said sewer is necessary as a health measure.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Zarlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1964, bj
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Cmn. McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hughes.
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
