A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANNOUNCING
FINDINGS AND DECISION REGARDING CHANGE OF ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM ZONE R--l-lO
TO R-1-7.5.
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of March, 1964, the Carlsbad City Planning
Commission adopted Resolution No. 341, which is herewith referred to and
made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on April 7, 1964, a duly advertised public hearing was held
as prescribed by law to consider the reclassification from Zone R-1-10 (Single-
family Residential) to Zone R-1-7. 5 (Single-family Residential) of property

described as:
all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed change of zone classification.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES
HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the Planning
Commission contained in Resolution No. 341 constitute the findings of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad. I

2511 BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council i I certifies that the approval of the proposed change of zone classification is
necessary to carry out the general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060 as amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare
its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the proposed change of zone
classification.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND ORDERED that the City Attorney is

effectuate the change of zone classification.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regu,ar meeting of the City
Council held on the 7th day of April, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Neiswenger.', Hugbes and McPQersbn.
NOES: Councilmen Bierce and Guevara.
