A RESOLUTION OF TKF: CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE
MAP OF EL CAMJJSJO MESA SUBDIVISION-.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the
tentative map of El Camino Mesa Subdivision be approved: and i WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 7th day

I 11/1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be
supplies by the Carlsbad City Water Department.

3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench

15. Type "G" concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in
all streets. Concrete cross gutters shall be six feet (6') wide and
located as required for drainage.
16. Sidewalks shall be four feet (4'1 in width and located
six inches (6") from the street right-of-way line.
17. All required street name signs, barricades and safety
devices shall be installed.
18. The number of lots which can be developed before the
Vista-Carlsbad sewerage system becomes operative will be limited by
the City's present capacity to serve this area. Eight inch (8"]
diameter sanitary sewer including required manholes and appurtenance
with four inch (4") diameter service laterals for each lot shall
be constructed throughout the subdivision as required by the City.
Six inch (6") diameter sewers of limited length will be subject to
approval of the City Engineer. The proposed easement alongs Lots
34 and 80 shall be deleted and replaced by one straight line along
