fornia, hr 0 2784, marked Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein is hereby adopted and authorized,

of water polution control facilities and pump station-Unit 3,
construction of Ocean Outfall-Unit 4 for the Vista Sanitation
District in the City of Carlsbad, California, W O 2784, marked
Exhibit €3, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein is hereby authorized and adopted,

Carlsbad City Council held Pcpril 7, 1964, by the following vote,
