BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Carlsbad that it
does hereby state and affirm its position opposing the implementation of
Secretary of Interior Udall*s modified Pacific Southwest Water Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of April,
92 I 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
