HomeMy WebLinkAbout1964-05-05; City Council; Resolution 1030RESOLUTION NO. * RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING AND SUB- MITTING A SUMMARY OF ROAD AND STREET PROGRESS AND NEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2156 OF THE STREETS AND HIGI-IWAYS CODE. WHEREAS, Section 2156 of the Streets and Highways Code requires each county and city to transmit to the Department of Public Works on on before May 1, 1964, a report setting forth in detail a summary of road and street progress and needs through the year 1974: and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has completed said report and submitted same to the City Council for consideration; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has observed said report and is familiar with the contents thereof: THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad that said road and street progress and needs report dated May 1, 1964, be and is hereby approved and the City Engineer is also hereby directed to submit said report to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2156 of the Streets and Highways Code.
