RESOLUTIQN NO. 1032.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF' THE: CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING
AND ACCEPTING TEMPORARY PERMI T FOR USE IN CONSTRUCTION WITH VISTA SANI'TATION DISTRICT - CITY OF CARLSBAD JOINT SEWER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, there has been tendered to the City Council of the City of
Clarlsbad a temporary construction permit dated March 24, 1964, and executed
)y Robert A. Bordon and Merry J. Borden, which said permit grants to the
Xy of Carlsbad, a municipal corporation and the Vista Sanitation District, a
Zounty Sanitation District, tenants in common, and their agents, employees
tnd contractors, the right to install and remove a pipe line and appurtenances
vrithin said property situated in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
If California; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer for the City of Carlsbad has approved said perm.
nd the Attorney for the City of Carlsbad has approved said permit as to form,
nd the Council being fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilman Atkinson >
econded by Councilman Guevara ,
IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the City of Carlsbad's temporary
mstruction permit dated March 24, 1964, and executed by Robert A. Borden
id Merry A. Borden be and the same is hereby approved and accepted; and the
ity Clerk of the City of Carlsbad be and she is hereby directed to transmit said
2cepted permit to the Department of Special District Services, County of San
iego, Right-of-way Section, for further action and eventual recordation in due
mrse. Upon execution by all parties to said permit, the City Clerk of the City
Carlsbad is directed to file a copy thereof with the records of said District an(
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
