A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AGREEMENT AND GRANT OF EASEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA (DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND
RECREATION) AND VISTA SANITATION
DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD (VISTA SANITATION DISTFUCT-CITY OF
CARLSBAD JOINT SEWER PROJECT),
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That it does hereby approve and accept that certain Agreement and
Grant of Easement entit1ed"San Diego Coast State Beaches - La Costa Unit
Agreement and Grant of Easementtr offered by the State of California, acting
through the Department of Parks and Recreation.
2. That it does hereby authorize the payment to the State of California
according to the terms and provisions of the Joint Powers Agreement between
Vista Sanitation District and the City of Carlsbad, and the City of Carlsbadfs
share of the consideration to be paid to the State of California for the execution
of said Agreement and Grant of Easement; the total consideration to be paid by
both the Vistat Sanitation District and the City of Carlsbad to be $7,230.00.
That it does hereby authorize the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad to 3.
execute said Agreement and Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of Carlsbac
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1964, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Guevara, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
