RESOLUTION NO. 1041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, STATING
THEIR INTENTION TO AMEND SUBSECTION
3 OF SECTION 900 OF ORDINANCE NO.
9060 TO PERMIT ON-SALE BEER AND OFF-SALE BEER USES AS AN ADJUNCT
LOT IN R-T ZONES. TO ANOTHER BUSINESS ON THE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That it does hereby state its intention to initiate an amendment to
Subsection 3 of Section 900 of Ordinance No. 9060, permitting on-sale beer
and off-sale beer uses as an adjunct to another business on the same lot in
1 R-T Zones. I
hat the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise in
the manner prescribed by law, the public hearing to be held pursuant to this
resolution of intention by the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, at a regularly adjourned meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1964,
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Guevara, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
