RESOLUTION NO. 1043
A RESOLUTION OF 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING TENTA-
TIVE MAP OF MAGNOLIA GLEN
SUBDI VI SI ON.
WHEREAS, th Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 9th
day of June, 1964, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map of
MAGNOLIA GLEN SUBDIVISION be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 16th day of
June, 1964, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentative map of
MAGNOLIA GLEN SUBDIVI SI ON, subject to the following requirements and
conditions being performed by the Subdivider:
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied by the
Zarlsbad City Water Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by the
Zarlsbad Public Sewer System.
3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part
)f this subdivision.
4. Proper drinage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so as to
revent ponding and/or storage of surface water.

10. Street paving shall consist of two inches (2") of asphaltic concrete wit1
stone chip seal coat laid on four inches (4") of decomposed granite base.
11. Type "G" concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all streets.
Concrete cross gutters shall be six feet (sf) wide and located as required for
drainage.
12. Sidewalks shall be four feet (4f) in width and located six inches (6")
from the street right of way line.
13. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices shall
be installed.
14. One inch (I") copper water services shall be constructed to serve eacl

of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of
June, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
