said time and place being the date, hour and place fixed in

WHHIEAS, the City Council did hear and pass upon all
protests made to the proposed annexation; and

OWED TERRITORY AND PUBLICLY OWED TEBRITORY PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 35313,2,
OF QNE-HALF OF THE VALUE OF PRIVATELY

WHETZEAS, on the 21st day of July, 1964, at the hour of
WHEREAS, no written protests concerning the annexation
was received from the public owners of the publicly owned

EREAS, written protests were filed and heard prior
adjournment of hearing on protests by 28.85%
of owners of the values of the privately owned territory pr6-
posed to be annexed as shown by the last equalized assess-

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
e City of Carlsbad hereby finds and declares that protests
