A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVXNG THE TENTATIVE MAP OF HOLLY BRAE ESTATES SUBDIVISION ,
WI-IEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
n the 14th day of July, 1964, recommended to the City Council
hat the tentative map of Holly Brae Estates Subdivision be
pproved; and
WWS, the City Council of the City of CarPsbad on the
1st day of July, 1964, considered the recommendations of the
lanning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity o€ Caslsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve
aid tentative map of Holly Brae Estates Subdivision, subject
o the following requirements and conditions being performed
y the Subdivider:
1, All domestic water supplied to this subdivision
hall be supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department,
2, One (1) standard six inch (6**) fire hydrant shall
e located at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 on Holly Brae
ane; and one (1) standard six inch (6") fire hydrant shall
e located at the lot lines of Lots 8 and 9 on El Camino

3, Lots radiating around the cul-de-sac circle are good
1se of the land and shall be subject to a minimum width of

4, A grading plan shall be submitted as required by
Irdinance prior to issuance of building permits on any of

5, All improvements shall comply with the standard

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to place a copy of this resolution in the usual
course of mail, addressed to the subdivider at his address as
PASSED, AETKWED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
