A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING
County of San Diego, Right-of-Way Section, for further action
and eventual recordation in due course. Upon execution by all
parties to said permit, the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad
is directed to file a copy thereof with the records of said
AND ACCEPTING TEMPOMY PERMIT FOR USE IN CONSTRUCTION WITH VISTA SANITATION DISTRICT - CITY OF C.AE?LS- .. BAD JOINT SEWEE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, there has been tendered to the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad a temporary construction permit dated May 25th,
344, and executed by THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, a non-profit cor-
nation, which said permit grants to the City of Carlsbad, a
micipal corporation and the Vista Sanitation District, a
ounty Sanitation District, tenants in common9 and their agents,
mployees and contractors, the right to install and remove a
ipe line and appurtenances within said property situated in
he City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California;
WHEREAS, the engineer for the City of Carlsbad has ap-
roved said permit and the Attorney for the City of Carlsbad
as approved said permit as to form, and the Council being
ulPy advised in the premises;

IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the City of Carlsbad's
,emporary construction permit dated May 25th, 1964, and ex-
!cute$ by THE NATURE CONSERVANCY be and the same is hereby
ipproved and accepted; and the City Clerk of the City of
:arlsbad be and she is hereby directed to transmit said ac-

District and in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
Xty of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the Council held on
the 21st day of July, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
