A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ADOPTING THE SALARY PLAN AND WORK CONDITIONS FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FQR THE 1964-65 FISCAL YEAR.
WWEREAS, the City Council did on May 28, 1964, hold dis-
ussion and give approval to the standard rates of pay, posi-
(ion titles, hours of work and holidays for a11 city employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
.oes resolve as follows:
1, The following standard rates, with step increases set
orth thereafter, are hereby established as the salary plan €or
