RESOLUTION NO. 1062
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFCARLSBAD, CHANGING
THE ENGINEER OF WORK.
(Assessment District No. 2-1962)
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 1962, the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 855 appointing LOWELL A. FUTHBUN
3s Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Streets for the work and improvemen.
if Assessment District No. 2-1962; and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of August, 1964, LOWELL A. RATHBUN will
erminate his services as the Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Streets
or the above referenced improvement district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad, that WAYNE P, LILL shall be, and he is hereby appointed
3 act as Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Streets from and after the
1st day of August, 1964, including all surveys, original drawings, maps and
lue prints, including any and all such maps necessary and incident to the rights
f way contemplated in the improvement work herein involved; all plans and
pecifications, all inspection work, preparation of assessment rolls , assessmeni
iagram and warrant and any and all other services which shall be required from
le Engineer of Work or Superintendant of Streets under the provisions of the
nprovement 4ct of 1911.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
arlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of August, 1964, by the
llowing vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Atkinson
