RESOLUTION NO. 1063
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CHANGING
THE ENGINEER OF WORK,
(Assessment District No. 1-1963)
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of October, 1963, the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 945 appointing LOWELL A. RATHBUN
as Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Streets for the work and improvement
of Assessment District No. 1-1963.
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of August, 1964, LOWELL A. RATHBUN
will terminate his services as the Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Street;
for the above referenced improvement district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, that WAYNE P, LILL shall be, and he is hereby appointed
to act as Engineer of Work and Superintendant of Streets from and after the
21st day of August, 1964, including all surveys, original drawings, maps and
blue prints, including any and all such maps necessary and incident to the rights
of way contemplated in the improvement work herein involved; all plans and
specifications, all inspection work, preparation of assessment rolls, assess -
ment diagram and warrant and any and all other services which shall be requirec
from the Engineer of Work or Superintendant of Streets under the provisions of
the Improvement Act of 1911.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of August, 1964, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
NOES: None
