RESOLUTION NO. 1073
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
ALLY ACCEPTING FINAL SUBDIVISION &LAP OF
NIlIGNQLLA GLEN SUBDIVISION.
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CONDITION-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad that
it does hereby accept the final subdivision map of Magnolia Glen Subdivi-
sion in the City of Carlsbad at such time as there is on file with the City
3f Carlsbad a surety bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($la 000)
paranteeing that the subdivider, James Virgil Tatters, shall remove

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council at a
