HomeMy WebLinkAbout1964-10-06; City Council; Resolution 1074t RESOLUTION NO. 1074 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentativ: map of BONITA VALLEY SUBDIVISION, subject to the following require- ~ ments and conditions being performed by the Subdivider: I 9 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part of this subdivision. 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivi- sion so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. 5. One (1) standard six inch (6") fire hydrant shall be located at the lot line of lots No. 2 and No. 3 on Valley Street. 6. The cul-de-sac radius shall be forty-eight feet (48'). 7. All distribution utility facilities within the boundaries of the subdivision shall be placed underground with utility easements twelve feet (12') in width provided for as required by ordinance. 8. Ornamental street lighting shall be provided for as requir- ed by ordinance. 9. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinance BO II 10. Location, grade and details of proposed improvements as indicated upon the tentative map will be subject to revisions as *equired for improvement plans, and approval of the map will not imply acceptance as submitted. 11. The approval of the tentative map shall be contingent upon sewer service being available to the subdivision. 23. The subdivider shall furnish the U. S. Post Office, Carlsbad, California, with a copy of the final subdivision map. 24. Alignment, location and,grade of all improvements shall be subject to approval of the City Engineer. Complete plans and specifications must be submitted as required for checking before construction of any improvement is commenced. BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to place a copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail, addressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on the tenta- tive map. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of October, 1964, by the following voteg to wit: AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Jardine and Neiswender.
