RESOLUTION NO. 1075
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
S, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement
for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Carlsbad,
effective as of 1964, and to remain in effect
unti 1 amended or terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
MOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad that said Agreement for Maintenance of the State
Highway in the City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of October,
1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Jardine and Neiswender.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Dunne and Hugh
