RESOLUTION NO, 1081
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DESIGNATING THE CITY ENGINEER AS THE OFFICIAL RESPONSIBLE R THE ANNUAL STREET REPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby designate the City Engineer, of said city to prepare and file with the
State Controller each year the Annual Street Report required by Section 2 15 1
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 4th day of November, 1964, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Cmn. Hughes.
