RESOLUTION NO. 1083
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DIRECTING NOTICE OF FILING OF ASSESSMl3NT AND OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEXRING THEREOF.
(Assessment District No. 1-1963)
BE IT RESOLmD, by the Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
s follows:
That the City Clerk of said City be, and she ishereby authorized and direct
d to give notice of the filing by the Engineer of Work of said City of his as-
essment No. 1-1963, made to cover the cost and expenses of the work done
pon those streets and properties in the City of Carlsbad described in Sec-
ion 1 of Resolution of Intention No. 1026; the City Clerk is further directed
3 give notice of the time and place, to be fixed by the City Clerk, when all
lersond interested in said work or assessment will he heard by said Council,
y posting, mailirg and publishing such notice in manner and form required by
aw, requiring all persons interested therein and feeling aggrieved thereby, to
ile in writing their appeals therefrom, prior to the day fixed for said hearing.
luch notice shall be published twice in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper
Iublished and circulated weekly in said City and hereby designated for that
mrpose. The first publication of such notice shall be not less than fifteen
15) days before the time fixed for such hearing.
PASSED, APPROWD AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Zouncil held on the 5th day of January, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
NOES: None
