A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO .EXECUTE FREEWAY AGREEMENT BETldEEN THE STATE OF CALI'FORNIA AND
0.3 MILE NORTH OF CANNON ROAD AND 0.2 SOUTH OF JUNCTION ROUTE 78.
THE CITY COVERING ROAD 11-SD-5 BETWEEN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californ
and the State of California, acting by and through the Department
of Public Worksg have come to a tentative agreement regarding the
construction and location of that certain portion of freeway which
apply to the section of Road 11-SD-5 PM 47.6-50.3 between 0.3 mile
north of Cannon Road and 0.2 mile south of Junction Route 78; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to formalize this agree-
ment by the execution of a written document, which document has
been submitted to the City for signature by the State of California
acting by and through the Department of Public Works;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Carlsbad be, and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Carlsbad that certain agreement with the Stat
of California, acting by and through the Department of Public Works
in regard to the location and construction of those certain portion
of Road 17-SD-5 PPI 47.6-50.3, which apply to the section of freeway
between 0.3 mile north of Cannon Road and 0.2 mile south of Junctic
78, which appears on the General Route map attached to said agree-
ment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of
