A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD STATING INTENTION TO CALL SPECIAL BOND ELECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
that it does hereby state its intention to call a Special Bond
Election to raise necessary funds for construction of a City
Library facility at the first meeting of the City Council after
receipt of a report from the State Librarian in connection with
the City of Carlsbad's application under the Library Construction
Act of 1963.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on December 15, 1964, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
