A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT
WITH CARLSBAD UNION SCHOOL D1STR;fCT RE -
GARDING EXTENSION OF LAS FLORES DRIVE.
Be it resolved by the City Couzlcil of the City 05 Carlsbad
that on behalf ~f ths City of Carlsbad, California, hereinafter
referred to as CITY, it does hereby agree with the Carlsbad Unior,
Scl-col. District of Szn 3iego County, California, hereinafter
referred la as DISTRICT, that in consi2eratian of (1)
